BUBUKA is a ramen specialty restaurant that offers two types of soupless noodles: "Abura Soba" and "Tokyo-style Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen."
Since its opening in 1995, BUBUKA has been considered the original pioneer of Abura Soba.
The Abura Soba features thick and chewy noodles, while the Tokyo-style Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen is made with straight and thin noodles.

At BUBUKA, the soup, sauce, and chashu (roasted pork slices) are all handmade in-shop.
